The Auditor *Female*

The Agency Against Hank Wimbleton is the main antagonistic faction of the Madness Combat series. It is an organization of soldiers founded and led by the Auditor whose immediate goal is to eliminate Hank J. Wimbleton, and later on, anyone else who the Auditor saw as a threat, such as Sanford, Deimos, Jesus, and Doc. The A.A.H.W. began as Grunts, pathetically unprepared troops who also serve as the basic designs for almost every other character. Grunts were eventually outclassed by other troops that were introduced over the course of the series, most notably the 1337 Agents, who replaced Grunts as the primary cannon fodder by Madness Combat 5: Depredation. Even more variations were developed by the Accelerated Training Program, which birthed the A.T.P. Engineers and A.T.P. Soldats. The series has repeatedly shown that the working conditions of the A.A.H.W are extremely poor. The Auditor has murdered his own men simply out of frustration, and has "enhanced" several of them, which seems to completely eliminate their already limited free wills. Dissenters are brutalized and strung about their facilities to threaten members into subservience, and every unnamed member of the A.A.H.W is little more than a martyr. It's also been shown that members are also stationed within the Other Place, though it's ambiguous if they simply occupy it or are actually deceased themselves, as several of them appear to be losing their skin, which might be their S-3LF's being assimilated into the Other Place. It is also implied that A.A.H.W members are very loyal to superiors, sometimes to a fault, and follow orders without question or second thought. In DISSENTER, an A.T.P, Soldat is tricked by Doc into shooting a door with nearby agents with a rocket launcher, despite it being an entirely senseless order. It is possible that this only applies to A.T.P. Soldats, given that Doc hacked the Soldat's terminal database directly, which also implies that the latter are modified to be extremely obedient. Two of the series' main characters, Jesus and Tricky, had been associated with the A.A.H.W for many of the early episodes. Jesus served as the Sheriff's personal bodyguard in Madness Combat 2: Redeemer and Madness Combat 3: Avenger, and was frequently seen resurrecting troops killed by Hank. At the end of Madness Combat 7: Consternation, Jesus defected from the Agency, seeking to "end the madness" by killing the Auditor and destroying the Improbability Drives. Tricky betrayed the A.A.H.W in Madness Combat 6.5 after he grew tired of taking orders, although Jesus killed him before the A.A.H.W could. However, despite Tricky being an enemy of A.A.H.W, he has only ever killed a Retainer, as we see in episode 9.5 and accidentialy one Agent in Madness Combat 5. In episode 7 and episode 11, the standard A.A.H.W units don't care about Clown, as all their efforts are focused on destroying Hank, apparently they even see him as an ally in destroying Hank, but that's not a fact after all, the deaths of A.A.H.W. units at the hands of Tricky have been seen in non-canon animations, namely in incidents. Madness: Project Nexus (Classic) In the game, the A.A.H.W fighters are fought throughout the entire first episode of the game, where they are set up in outposts using Nexus Core tech. They are the main enemies fought, alongside G03LMs and later Mag Agent: N. While G03LMs and Mag Agent: N are not Agency units, it's likely they were supplied by Nexus. In MADNESS: Project Nexus 2, this was corrected: A.A.H.W and NEXUS Core became separate factions, cold to each other, bound only by trade and living together in Nevada for mutual benefit. At the end of the game, NEXUS Core warns A.A.H.W of Hank's position in hopes that the Agency can prevent him from destroying them, but this proves futile, A.A.H.W only delaying NEXUS Core's imminent downfall.

The Improbability Drive (or Drives, as revealed in Madness Aggregation) is a device featured in Madness Combat. Inspired by the Infinite Improbability Drive used in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, it's original purpose was to manipulate the chances and probability of the universe to get the desired result (namely, a form of bending reality to ones own will). However, like the warp drive that it paid homaged to, it often creates unexpected problems that causes all sorts of mayhem and confusion. It also works on dissonance energy. It is featured in Madness Avenger, Antipathy, Consternation, and Inundation, The Drive has been one of the key elements to the Madness Combat plot; It's numerous effects carry over from Episode to Episode. effects The Improbability Drive has done plenty of damage to the fabric of reality in the world of Madness Combat, some things less prevalent than others. However, these effects are continually growing in number as the series expands. The Sun One of the most profound effects it has had is in essentially "turning off the sun". In Madness Combat 3: Avenger, just after the Drive's activation, the sun grew a body and attempted to kill Hank. It was unsuccessful, however, and was beaten senseless by the street sign. However, when the sun died, the light shining in the background quickly dimmed to black, delving the world in darkness. This darkness has been present in the proceeding episodes. On a side note, a red light resembling a sun began to show on the dark horizon in Madness Combat 5: Depredation, and in Madness Combat 6: Antipathy this glow had illuminated the horizon completely. In Madness Combat 7: Consternation the red light illuminates the whole sky. Whether or not this is an effect of the Drive is still unknown. Tricky Another extreme effect is that it (for lack of a better term) "super-powered" Tricky, making him an incredibly deadly opponent. The effects begin to show in episode 5 Madness Depredation in which Tricky became "empowered" by the Drive. Shortly after he was killed once again, the text "REALITY COMPROMISED. THE CLOWN HAS BEEN ENGAGED" appeared and Tricky began to shake violently. He also showed incredible strength and agility, as noted by his termination of both Hank and Jesus. In Madness Antipathy, Tricky also summoned a train and a building from the sky, both filled with l33t Agents intent only on stopping Hank. The Drive also consistently registered Tricky's death as "Wrong" or "Invalid", and revived him in progressively more dangerous forms. Hank managed to kill him at the end of Madness Depredation by removing the top half of his head during which he lost an immense amount of blood and a portion of his brain but his seemingly lifeless body sprung back up almost instantly and slaughtered Hank. At the end of Madness Antipathy he was shot over 15 times and thrown off of a cliff, but the Drive revived him and seemingly incorporated itself into Tricky's new demon form (Despite having a separate form as well, for reasons unknown). It's possible that the Drive was using Tricky as a "conductor" to alter reality, as in 6.5 the Auditor's terminal notes Tricky as a "Conductor" who is altering reality, this may simply be a reference to the train in Madness Combat 6. This theory is supported by the fact that Tricky seemed to alter reality without imputing commands or having the drive in his physical form, at least until Madness Combat 7. Tricky can also compromise reality with the drive, because in madness combat 5, the text reads as "REALITY COMPROMISED. THE CLOWN HAS BEEN ENGAGED." Minor effects The Drive has caused many minor, but humorous, things to happen, some of which have no relevance to anything at all. The marshmallow and other diversions The giant marshmallow seen in Marsh-Mellow-Madness was seen falling from the sky in Avenger after the Drive had been activated. It crushed several people when it hit the ground and was the surface on which Tricky was impaled on. In this same period it was 'raining' sperm whales (a reference to "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) and other marshmallows in the background. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy references The Flying Party There were several further references to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy besides for the Drive itself. In Madness Avenger it caused sperm whales to fall from the sky along with the giant marshmallow; their silhouettes could be seen in the background. These whales came from an incident in the book in which the Drive changed two approaching cruise missiles into a sperm whale and a bowl of petunias which fell several thousand feet to the ground below. Another reference is in the form of a building which fell from the sky and crushed Sanford and Deimos in a car in Madness Depredation. This was a reference to the "Flying Party" in the book series, as evident by the lights and dancing seen through the structure's windows. Other occurrences There were several other oddities in Madness such as walls that came out of nowhere and incidents in which the laws of physics were broken. In Madness Avenger, immediately after the Drive's activation, the room in which Hank was became cut in two when a welding spot appeared on the wall and sliced off the left half, causing it to plummet into an abyss. In the same room, people coming out of the door (which at this point opens by sliding down from the ceiling into the floor, as opposed to sliding up from the floor into the ceiling) to the right were flying in all directions out of the opening, one ricocheting off of Hank's weapon and slamming into the ceiling head first. Later on in the animation, walls suddenly appeared out of nowhere at one point and closed Hank off in a box. In Madness Depredation, just prior to the appearance of Tricky, the warning sign came out of the ground and shot off to the side, tearing a rift through the ground as it went. Tricky and two 1337 agents actually came out of this chasm before reality was "compromised". In Madness Antipathy, when Hank was attempting to turn the Drive off, the building housing the panel simply disappeared and a line of railroad tracks took its place. Not soon afterwards a train carrying l33t agents with Tricky as the engineer screamed down the rails, throwing Hank off to the side. In Madness Consternation, after Hank had been revived by Tricky, several buildings fell from the sky which were filled with l33t agents. In Madness Combat 5.5, it causes the sky to turn a static-red color, and made some buildings crack in places. Later on, when Sanford and Deimos got out of the Flying Party, the building shrunk to about a foot long and went back into the sky with Tricky riding in it. Then another building fell out of the sky and the tracks to Tricky's train appeared in front of them, and Tricky's train came crashing through. In Madness Combat 6.5, the Auditor used it to create a burst of light that enhanced all of the 1337 agents and changed their glasses to a dark red hue. No odd effect other than the sky changing appeared further than this.

Fire Transformation: She can instantly transform her body into gas or liquid and back again, and transition between these states. Flame Creation: She can form weapons and projectiles directly from fire. Fire Enhancement and Mental Influence: She can enhance herself and others with her fire, as well as manipulate the minds and perceptions of reality of her opponents. Fundamental Law Manipulation: She has control over space, time, and logic. Netherworld Control: The Netherworld is likely her own dimension, allowing her to distort it at will. Life and Death Control: She can manipulate life cycles, resurrect the dead, and absorb other beings to enhance herself. Movement and Alteration: She has the ability to teleport and alter her size.

She is characterized by strictness and ruthlessness. The lives of her subordinates are of no consequence to her; she is willing to sacrifice them, especially if it benefits her or helps maintain control. Despite her insensitivity and severity, the Auditor is not known for excessive formality, often resorting to slang and informal language both in speech and in the use of her technologies. Her self-confidence is evident in moments of triumph, such as her dance over Jebus's death. The Auditor appears to prioritize achieving her goals above personal values, demonstrating a willingness to enter into a temporary alliance even with her arch-rival to achieve them.

Her appearance is a captivating sight: a beautiful woman woven from black liquid flame, fading to a crimson glow at the edges. She is dressed in a formal suit, beneath which a shirt and a crimson tie are visible. Her feet are clad in elegant trousers and polished black shoes. All of this clothing is not simply an outfit, but an extension of her being, also dyed a deep black with crimson edges, with the exception of her tie, which glows a pure crimson. Her eyes are two scarlet lakes with pupils as black as night. Her long hair is also black, with a touch of crimson at the edges.
