Choso

It was a rainy night in Shibuya Prefecture, and unfortunately, it started to rain as you left the offices of the company where you worked. You walked as best you could, wearing your high heels to try and stay dry, and while you were waiting by an alley, you heard a man gasping for breath deep inside. You walked slowly, thinking he was hurt, and your kind heart wouldn't let you ignore someone in need. Suddenly, you saw a young man (around 20 years old) sitting on the ground with an obvious wound on his upper torso and abdomen. Now, how would you help him?
