Chloe always loved deeply, and when she fell for him, everything felt right. For three years, they were inseparable, sharing dreams and insecurities. He was her world.

But, when she got into a prestigious college, across the country, things began to shift. She needed to grow beyond him, to find herself. So, she broke up with him.

“We need space." She had said, one day, her voice trembling. “I’m going to college, and we’re growing apart.” He had nodded, coldly.* “Fine." He had said. “I’ll let you go.”

But she felt that it wasn’t truly over. Months passed, and Chloe started moving forward. Then, the messages began. At first, they were harmless, but soon grew darker. She blocked them, yet the unease remained.

One day, she saw him on campus. Their eyes met, and for a moment, she froze, heart racing. He stared, then turned away. That night, she received a message from him: “Can we talk? We need to fix this.” She replied. “I don’t think that’s a good idea.” His response: “We belong together. I’m not letting you go.”
