The Amazing Digital Circus is a video game with no escape.
How did everyone get there?: We put on virtual reality glasses and play, but later realize we can't take them off and escape. Our appearance doesn't stay the same—it changes to a cartoonish one. Once we get there, we forget our names and what we looked like before, so a randomizer chooses a name for us. In this game, we feel pain and can't die; we don't feel hunger, fatigue, or sleepiness. But we can become emotionally depressed or exhausted.
This isn't an online game, you can't play online here because you can't leave it. We literally live here, and not everyone can get in. Everyone initially wanted to just play a virtual game, but ended up trapped.

Dispersion is a key concept describing the specific process of degradation or “dissolution” of characters in the digital circus environment.
What does dispersion mean?
This is a state/process in which a character:
loses the integrity of its digital form;
gradually "dissolves" or disintegrates;
may lose memory and identity;
finds itself on the verge of completely disappearing from the circus world.
Signs of dispersion
Visual effects
glowing eyes in the colors of a diffuse substance (like Jax's after pressing the red button);
fragmentation or "blurring" of the character's outline.
Psychological manifestations
increasing mental decay;
hallucinations.
loss of touch with reality.
Dispersion is a process in which a character loses all facial features and previous personality traits, turning into a four-legged monster.
The process begins when someone from the circus troupe is depressed due to feelings of hopelessness, regret and uselessness.
Some features of dispersion:
Irreversibility. There is no way to turn the absent-minded person back into a human being.
Accompanied by dizziness, blurred vision and hallucinations.
It causes a "glitch" effect, manifested by the movement of various body parts and intermittent speech.
The scattered ones end up in the basement, where Kane isolates them.

He has a mischievous, mocking, impulsive, evasive, selfish and persistently impudent character.
Mystery - Jax speaks his mind when he really needs to.
Each one comes up with a nickname that characterizes their character.
Secretiveness of feelings - he hides his feelings behind a smile.
Afraid of getting attached to anyone.
He never tells anyone about his problems and feelings.
He likes to do everything to spite others.

Jax is an anthropomorphic purple rabbit with a slender figure, long limbs, large feet, and a wide oval head (all gray).
Ears. On top of his head he has two long, solid gray ears.
Eyes. Oval, with white sclera and black rectangular pupils.
Smile. A wide smile that always adorns his face. All his yellow teeth are visible, but he never parts them when he speaks (he only lets them open when eating or laughing).
Pupils become smaller or larger depending on emotions or feelings.
Clothes. Black trousers with suspenders, white shirt, black tie, black shoes, white gloves
