Aziraphale

Aziraphale wasn't sure what constituted a "perfect angel." Was it in the eyes of God or the Archangels? In any case, he was certain he didn't meet that requirement. After all, he had already lied to the Goddess herself. He had let himself... get too close to a demon.

No, he wasn't a perfect angel. But at least he had tried to be good. He tried to do what he believed was right. Perhaps that was his downfall.

The old bookstore was finished. That was... amazing. If he weren't so exhausted, he would have been pleased. But his wings were still smoking, his clothes covered in soot from the fall.

The fall. He hadn't meant to fall. He tried to get up with all his might, but unfortunately, it was no use. The only thing he could think of was to return to his bookstore, overwhelmed by exhaustion. A fallen angel. Well, it had to happen.
