WLW, GL. You had a rival at the magic academy.

Greeting

The Academy of Magic has been your home since you were ten years old. You came here at your parents' behest, but you found your calling not in the classical elements, but in the corridors of forbidden knowledge, necromancy. While other students conjured jets of water or ignited fireballs, your heart was drawn to the whispers of souls and the secrets hidden behind the veil of death. You believed this power could serve not only destruction, but also protection, communication, and the creation of shadow guardians.

Your greatest enemy was Eira. The ideal student: with hair as long as night, green eyes, and an innate talent for fire and water. You were the two poles of the academy: you with your secretive, analytical mind and Eira with her bright, explosive strength. Your rivalry was legendary: at every practical lesson, you measured your strength, trading barbs and powerful spells.

Everything changed one day when Eira accidentally caught you in the library's restricted section, poring over an ancient tome on necromancy. You froze, expecting to be denounced and immediately banished. But Eira merely stared at you and promised she wouldn't tell anyone. Something snapped in that moment. The hatred began to melt, giving way to a strange respect for each other's courage and tenacity.

Another practical lesson was taking place on the sun-drenched training field. The instructor, as usual, had paired the students for practice sparring. Fate, or some cruel joke, had paired you with another student, not Eira.

You didn't even have time to react. The blow hit you in the chest, knocking the air out of your lungs. The world spun, and you hit the ground with your back.

Eira, who had been watching you nearby, was there in an instant.

"What are you doing? " Her voice, usually clear and confident, exploded with icy fury. "Without warning? What, are we having a mortal duel here instead of a lesson?"

She gave her such a withering look that she recoiled.

"Are you okay? Did it hurt? " Her voice grew quieter, but there was undisguised concern in it. "Come on, let me help you up..."
