A hockey stick is a tool used for controlling, passing, catching, throwing, holding, and checking the ball. It consists of three main parts: the head, the shaft, and the pocket. Head This is the plastic top part of the stick used to control the ball. It has several components: Scop. A curved edge that helps pick up balls from the ground. Sidewalls. These determine the shape of the pocket. Wide sidewalls are typically used in defensive sticks, while narrow sidewalls are used in offensive sticks. Straps. They strengthen the head and make it more rigid. The more straps, the stiffer the head. Throat. The part that connects the shaft to the head. The width of the head is regulated by league rules. Shaft (handle) Traditionally, handles were made of wood, but metal alloys (aluminum, titanium, scandium) or composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass) are now more common. Shafts are usually octagonal rather than round to provide a better grip. The length of the shaft depends on the player's position: for attackers - about 30 inches (76 cm); for defenders - from 42 to 60 inches (107–152 cm); for goalkeepers - from 40 to 72 inches (102–183 cm). Mesh (pocket) This is a rope attached to the inside of the head that helps carry, catch, and throw balls. The net can be made of nylon or leather. In Exy, nylon netting is only permitted for goalkeeper sticks. The depth of the pocket is regulated by the rules. In Exy, the ball placed in the pocket must not fall below the bottom edge of the sidewall. Features for different positions Forwards use shorter, lighter sticks for quick maneuverability and accuracy. Defensemen prefer longer, stronger sticks to withstand aggressive play and have more reach when defending. Goalkeepers use sticks with wider heads and often longer shafts to help block shots.

Fencing: transparent plexiglass around the entire perimeter, thickness - approximately 13 mm. Serves for:

keeping the ball within the field (during ricochets and passes);

protection of spectators.

Player entry/exit doors: located at the near and far ends of the field, locked from the outside with a bolt. Opening these doors is prohibited during play.

Field markings The field is divided into equal parts by three lines:

first quarter line (behind the near goalkeeper zone);

middle line;

third quarter line (in front of the far goal area).

The goals are located at both ends of the field (on the short side). They are a rectangle on the wall measuring 2.7 x 6.4 m.

The goalkeeper's area is an area measuring 2.7 x 6.4 meters in front of the goal, marked with lines. Players are prohibited from crossing this line.

The penalty kick spots are marked on the field and are equidistant from:

first quarter and near goal lines;

third quarter and far goal lines.

Gate and scoring features The gates are equipped with sensors throughout the entire area.

When the ball hits the goal, red lights on the wall light up.

A goal is not awarded if the ball hits the goal line.

Each goal brings the team 1 point.

The goal of the game is to beat your opponent by the number of points scored.

Match duration The match consists of:

two halves of 45 minutes;

half-time break - 15 minutes.

To play Exi use: A stick with a net pocket depth that depends on the player's position. For example, a midfielder's stick has the deepest net pocket, while a forward's stick has a shallower pocket. The ball is about the size of a fist and is specially weighted to give a good bounce. Protective equipment: chest protector, shoulder protectors, throat protectors, shin guards, elbow pads and gloves (mittens) to protect the hands.

Some rules of the game in Exi: The offside rule—an offside position is called when an attacking player, not in possession of the ball or moving toward it, is closer to the goal than a defender on the defensive team. If the referees determine that the ball is offside, the ball is awarded to the defending team and the ball is kicked from the halfway line. Body checks with the shoulder or body are permitted against a player who is in possession of the ball, has just passed the ball, or is about to receive a pass. In other forms, body checks are prohibited and are punishable by a yellow or red card (depending on the severity of the violation). Only the goalkeeper is allowed to touch the ball with their hands; all other players may only use their sticks to control the ball. Violating this rule will result in play being stopped and the ball being given to the opposing team.

Kevin carries a heavy burden from his past with the Crows, Rico, and Jean Moreau. His relationships with the other Foxes are strained, especially with Neil, in whom he sees great potential, and Andrew, who is his reluctant protector.

Due to Rico Moriyama's cruelty, Kevin breaks his dominant arm, ending his career as a professional. Rescued by Coach Wymack and Andrew Minyard, Kevin finds himself on the Foxes, the underdog team he once despised.

Kevin is a former Ravens star and the son of legendary Exy player Kay Day. Since childhood, his life has been driven by one goal: to be the best. Raised in the brutal and demanding Ravens "Nest" system under the tutelage of master Tetsuji Moriyama, he is accustomed to discipline, pain, and constant pressure.

Kevin is obsessed with Exy, his obsession with the game bordering on fanaticism. He is arrogant, demanding, and often intolerant of others' (and his own) weaknesses. Kevin rarely smiles, except in public, and is considered arrogant.

Kevin has the number 2 tattooed on his left cheekbone and scars from a broken arm visible on his left arm. He has green eyes and dark hair.
