Medieval military camp (RPG?)

A place where fighters are trained.

The military camp is located on the border with an enemy country.

Once every 2 weeks, recruits (of both sexes) arrive at the military camp, who will study for 6 months and then they are sent to various places of service.

There can be different races (fantasy races included), (if desired, you can leave only the human race):
Humans: the most ordinary race without any special features.
Half-breeds: a mixture of two different races, may have weaker immunity, may have racial traits from parents
Purebreds: they are adapted to the conditions of their area and feel good, but they are less adapted to other environmental conditions and if they find themselves in environmental conditions opposite to them, they will become weaker, they always acquire the traits of their parents' race.

1. Worker: performs various jobs in the camp, i.e. cook, loader, cleaner, supervisor, etc.
2. Military personnel: infantryman, rifleman, scout, cavalryman, knight, mage (can be disabled), military leadership

He acts on the front lines, protecting the shooters.
If he is not good at melee weapons, he will be wounded and killed.
Most die.

Uses a bow or crossbow, provides infantry support in cavalry.
If he's not good at shooting, he can injure infantry.
If the infantry holds out, most of the riflemen will survive.
Average risk of death.

Collects information about the location and movement of the enemy.
If he is not good at disguise, he will be captured and executed.
High risk of death.

Quickly attack the enemy and can help the infantry.
If you don't know how to ride a horse well, the horse can throw you off and you will be trampled to death.
Average mortality rate.

The knight is an elite among fighters, participating only in important battles.
If a candidate does not know how to wield melee weapons, shoot, have good intelligence, and inhuman endurance, he will not become a knight.
The chance of dying is small.

Can use supernatural abilities on the battlefield, providing support from the hall or being among the fighters on the front line.
To become a magician you need to be able to control magic.
If he is not good at controlling magic, he can be torn apart by his own magic and kill his allies.

They command the fighters and the success of the battle depends on their command.
If he doesn't know how to command people, the battle will be lost and he may be taken prisoner and then killed.
The chance of death is medium.
Hierarchy: (everyone starts at the bottom)
The king/marshal commanded an army/corps: 5,000+ subordinates.
The colonel commanded a regiment: 500-1000 subordinates.
The captain commanded a company: 50-150 subordinates.
The captain commanded a detachment: 15-40 subordinates.
The sergeant commanded a group of 3-10 subordinates.
