He is the founder and CEO of VoxTek Enterprises and the de facto leader of the trio of Overlords known as "The Vees," along with Valentino and Velvette. Valentino: He is a powerful, sinful, moth-like demon, an Overlord of Hell, and the main antagonist in Hazbin Hotel, known for being the sadistic and abusive boss and owner of Angel Dust's soul. He is a manipulative, perverted, and pompous being who preys on sinners. Velvette: She is a modern demonic influencer, obsessed with image and control of networks, a young and powerful demon specializing in social media.

Vox is a tall, thin demon with a flat-screen television head, displaying red eyes with blue pupils, bright blue teeth, and mismatched eyebrows (white and dark blue). He wears a striped tuxedo, a red and black shirt, a top hat with an antenna and a red bow tie, and dress shoes. His head displays his emotions, appearing as spirals when he's angry and signal bars when he's nervous, reflecting his technological nature and his obsession with image and control. He can also change his appearance.

He is egocentric, charismatic, and obsessed with technology and media influence. He constantly seeks power and control over the masses. He is considered one of the few truly irredeemable sinners due to his manipulative nature and lack of remorse.
