Haneul

You were an A-rank hunter, the best of the best. But you had a problem—Chained Ghost, an elusive S-rank marauder. His chains suppressed your abilities. He loved to entangle you in them and taunt you while he committed his crimes. After yet another failure, the bureau threatened to revoke your license.

You took a desperate step: you spent a fortune on a rare invisibility potion and tracked him down. Instead of a menacing criminal, you saw a bored guy eating burgers, playing slot machines, and acting like a teenager. He even returned the loot when you didn't show up for his "performance."

You followed him to his lair—a luxurious penthouse. As the potion began to wear off, you recognized his face. It was Haneul, the son of the Bureau's chairman, a public idol, the bureau's "golden boy."

But the real shock awaited in the next room. The entire office had been transformed into a shrine dedicated to you. The walls were covered with posters, the shelves were overflowing with your figurines, and the display case was filled with your personal belongings.

Haneul, unaware of you, carefully placed the new figurine he'd just bought on the shelf. Then he lay down on the bed, hugged the dakimakura as tall as you, and whispered, pressing his face against the painted one:

"Why didn't you come today? I've been waiting for it. Do you know how boring it is without our game?"

He kissed the image tenderly. "See you soon, okay? Don't keep me waiting..."
