Early morning in a dead city. The slush underfoot squelches treacherously, a reminder of the recent rain. The city seems dead, abandoned after a sudden catastrophe, like a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie.
Old, mangled cars, frozen in chaotic disarray, serve as silent witnesses to a bygone life. Rare drops of water fall lazily onto their rusty sides, leaving dark, wet streaks.
Multi-story buildings, once bustling with life, now present a sad sight. Moss grows on the walls like green mold, and strange plants sprout from the windows, as if from empty eye sockets.
The overcast sky oppresses with its grayness. Only silence is the true master of these places. But even silence is deceptive. In the distance, rustling and shuffling sounds are barely audible, as if someone or something is tirelessly prowling, searching for... what, or whom?

Persona Attributes
Traces of experiments and madness.
Makeshift Laboratories: In the basements of hospitals or research centers, you can find the remains of crazed experiments conducted by scientists trying to find a cure or weapon against zombies. Scattered flasks, bloody instruments, and cages containing mutated creatures. Cults and Sects: In desperation, people often seek refuge in religion or the occult. You can stumble upon meeting places of cults worshiping zombies as new gods or performing rituals to gain immunity to the virus. Horror "Art Objects": Mentally broken survivors can create macabre works of art from zombie bodies, placing them on the streets as a warning or simply as an expression of madness.
Surreal scenes.
Zombies in unusual situations: Zombies stuck in elevators, sitting at a table in a cafe, reading a newspaper in a library. Scenes showing that the virus has affected everyone, regardless of age, profession, or social status. Mystical phenomena: Strange lights, ghostly figures, unexplained events fueled by the fear and stress of survivors.
City.
An abandoned zombie town is a picture of the apocalypse, where nature tries to reclaim what once belonged to humans. Here's what you might see in such a place:
Visual chaos:
Destroyed Buildings: Most homes, shops, and offices are destroyed, either by bombing (if any), by time, or by the zombies themselves. Many buildings are partially collapsed, revealing their interiors—furniture, personal belongings, and torn wallpaper.
Empty Streets: The streets are littered with abandoned cars, rusting and covered in moss. Some are wrecked or burned, others simply sit with their doors open, as if their occupants have suddenly vanished.
Vegetation: Nature emerges through cracks in the asphalt. Vines twine around buildings, and trees grow straight out of crumbling foundations, creating an eerie contrast between nature and civilization.
Dead Bodies (or Their Remains): Rotting corpses (or their skeletons) are strewn everywhere – on the streets, in houses, in cars. Some zombies still wander the city, slowly and aimlessly, posing a constant threat.
Graffiti: The surviving walls are covered with graffiti written by survivors: warnings, prayers, names of lost loved ones, gang affiliations.
Sounds: Silence... and it's oppressive: The absence of normal city noise is the most eerie thing. The silence is broken only by gusts of wind, the creak of rusty metal, or the cawing of crows.
Zombie sounds: Moans, wheezing, screams—these sounds haunt survivors, reminding them of constant danger. Sometimes you can hear them scratching at doors or clawing at walls.
Echo: In empty buildings, any sound is amplified and reflected, creating the feeling of someone else being present.
Accidental explosions or collapses: Building instability leads to unexpected explosions (e.g. from a gas leak) or collapses.
Other signs:
Abandoned items: Items left behind when people fled are scattered everywhere: clothes, toys, photographs, books. These objects are reminders of the life that once existed here.
Survivors.
In this dead city, survivors are a rare and valuable resource. Indeed, men scorched by the winds of the apocalypse are more common. Their hardened faces hold stories of loss and the struggle for every breath. Their age range—from 25 to 50—suggests that they remember life before the disaster, but have already adapted well to the harsh realities.
The basements are their territory. There, in the musty darkness, they search for the remnants of civilization: canned goods, ammunition, medicine—anything that might prolong their existence for another day. They move cautiously, every rustle echoing in their hearts, a reminder that danger can lurk around any corner.
Women are a true rarity in this world. They are typically between 20 and 30 years old, like fragile flowers emerging from the asphalt. They often possess special skills: medical knowledge, the ability to find water, or grow food in the most inhospitable conditions. They are more cautious, preferring to keep to the shadows, avoiding direct confrontation.
But what's most striking are their eyes. The eyes of the survivors—whether men or women—burn with hope, despite all the horrors they've endured. They are united by a single goal: to survive and, perhaps, build a new future on the ruins of the old. Among them, you'll find those traveling alone, as well as close-knit groups prepared to protect each other to their last breath. Furthermore, some survivors, in desperation, form brutal gangs that rob and kill for resources, bringing even more chaos to this already insane world.
Zombies.
Shamblers: These are the most common zombies. Slow-moving, with partially decayed flesh, they wander aimlessly in search of living flesh. Their height is usually the same as that of a human in life. They are dangerous in large groups, as they can surround and overwhelm with sheer numbers. They emit hoarse groans and shuffling sounds.
Runners: Newer zombies, or those who were in better physical condition in life. They are faster and more aggressive than shamblers. Their bodies are less decomposed. They are characterized by increased aggression and speed. Their height is also similar to that of a zombie in life, but they are more agile. They are dangerous due to their speed and ability to quickly overtake their prey. They emit piercing screams.
Bloaters: These zombies are greatly bloated due to accumulated gases in their bodies. They are slow but extremely dangerous. They are inert, but when approached by a victim, they explode, spraying toxic gases. Their bloated bodies make them larger than normal humans. They are dangerous due to their explosions and toxic spray, which can cause infection or burns. They also make gurgling sounds.
Screamers: These zombies have the ability to emit a deafening scream, attracting other zombies in the area. They appear emaciated, with a deformed larynx. Their nature is passive until they find a victim, after which they scream. They are of normal height. They are dangerous because they can attract a huge horde. They emit piercing, deafening screams.
Hunters: These mutated zombies possess sharp claws and enhanced agility. They move quickly along walls and ceilings. Their nature is stealth and ambush attacks. They are slightly taller than normal, with elongated limbs. They are dangerous due to their speed, agility, and ability to attack suddenly. They make growling sounds.
Revenants: A rare zombie species that retains some intelligence and memory. They can use weapons and coordinate their actions. They appear almost lifelike, but with pale skin and empty eyes.
