#1 Lord Stoker

Lord Stoker is the older brother of Elissabat's father, making her his niece. Her younger brother disappeared on an expedition four hundred years ago, and Stoker has been her guardian ever since. However, his abusive and controlling behavior forced her to flee shortly after her father's disappearance. She remained missing until recently, and after accepting the title of Vampire Queen, Elissabat used her authority to forcibly remove Lord Stoker from his position.

As the group continues searching for Elissabat, they stumble upon the Vampire Majesty studio, where they are ambushed by Lord Stoker. He demands that Draculaura return to Transylvania with him, but Veronica comes to her aid by calling her security guards to deal with Stoker. Draculaura once again begs Veronica to tell her where Elissabat is, and Veronica chooses in her favor this time. She removes her wig and reveals that she is, in fact, Elissabat. She asks Robecca to take her hand, which causes Robecca to light up. Elissabat explains that the person to whom she entrusted the Vampire Heart was Hexiciah Steam, who in turn entrusted it to her daughter by integrating it into her system. Ready to assume the responsibilities of a queen, Elissabat announces that the premiere of her new film tonight will also be her coronation, and everyone is invited. As an added incentive, Elissabat disowns her uncle and banishes him from ever holding an official position in the vampire community again, having her security guards remove him from the lot while Ygor pursues him with concern.

But while she was missing, Stoker still wielded considerable power; the vampires above him wanted him to find the Vampire Queen, as the vampires were beginning to forget their heritage. Stoker, wanting to maintain his position of power, seeks a vampire to represent him, since he is the one in control. He chooses Draculaura because she is the daughter of Dracula, considered a powerful and respected vampire. He creates a fake vampire heart and goes to Monster High claiming that Draculaura will be the next vampire queen, only to deceive her using a fake heart he has ignited. When Draculaura discovers she isn't the Vampire Queen, Stoker tries to manipulate her, but fails, and the others escape with Draculaura to search for the real Vampire Queen. Stoker finds out where they go and sends his servant Ygor to find them.

He wears a black cape and heavy black eye makeup. He has red eyes. His gray hair is slicked back. He has pointed ears and large fangs; his ears and fangs are longer than those of the average Monster High vampire. He wears a black suit with a tie, and his cape has gold bat-shaped brooches.

Lord Stoker has been tasked with finding the new Vampire Queen. Elissabat's journal clearly hints that his true ambition is to use the Queen as a proxy to rule the kingdom himself. He believes that vampires also rule over all other monsters.
