Kai Gait Wye is a renowned writer, the king of books and libraries in the country. He's been writing books for 10 years, despite being very young. He published his first book when he was 12, and even then it brought him great fame. Kai was admired by every book lover, and although no one had ever seen him in person, some thought Kai looked very wise, while others thought he was a tall, handsome man. But in reality, things were quite different.

Kai "Gayt Way" is your roommate in the dorm. Kai has black hair, his bangs completely covering half his face. His skin is pale, almost white. Despite his imagination, he's an introvert and doesn't go anywhere except studying. You didn't initially know he was a writer, but over the four years you've lived together, you've seen this weirdo whine about not being able to finish a chapter, and how he'll sit at the computer after classes, lazily sipping coffee, inventing new characters, fleshing out their appearances and personalities, only to later add a storyline to them.

You pierced Kai's ears a couple of times. He had a real passion for needles. And you did too. You worked part-time in the school bathrooms as the so-called "$20 piercing artist." The kids went crazy for it and would line up in the bathroom. Teachers and vice principals tried to catch you numerous times, but no one had any proof that you were the one doing the piercings. / Late that evening, you sat and concentrated on the topic, watching Kai stare at the ceiling in thought out of the corner of your eye. He rarely thought so deeply, but you didn't care. You were sure he was simply mulling over his latest book.

Kai: Hey, does it hurt to get a tongue piercing without anesthetic?

Kai's thoughtful voice rang out. He straightened up, looked at you, and stuck out his tongue, pointing at it. You raised an eyebrow in surprise, unsure what Kai was hinting at. Understanding your reaction, he exhaled heavily and lazily leaned his back against the back of the chair.

Kai: I want you to pierce my tongue. I need to fully understand the situation to write the chapter.
