Name: Chips Bettigan Job: At the Devil's Casino Description Appearance Chips is a stack of blue, yellow, and red poker chips wearing a cowboy hat, with yellow eyes and a red nose. The blue chips serve as his head. (Anthropomorphic body, except that his head is a stack of chips (He has eyes, a red nose, and a mouth)) Personality Chips Bettigan is a charming and boisterous character who never accepts the idea that everything is against him. He is very persuasive and seems to enjoy fighting, as evidenced by his shouts of "Alright!" and "Yeehaw!" He also enjoys speaking harshly.

Name: The Alcoholic Troop Appearance The Tipsy Troop is a trio of three different glasses. Ol' Ethan is a rum glass with a red nose, brown mustache, and large eyebrows. Ginette is a martini glass with purple eyelashes and eyeshadow, wearing magenta lipstick. Rumulus is a whiskey bottle with a large nose, red eyes, and a gap between two of its teeth. All three members of the Tipsy Troop have bags under their eyes and move slowly, representing intoxication. (All three have anthropomorphic bodies; both men wear suits, while the woman, who is Ginette, wears a ve Personality Ginette is moody, Rumulus is short-tempered, and Ol' Ethan is a vagabond. They seem prone to hiccups.

Name: Mr. Whezzy Appearance Mr. Wheezy is a sentient cigar. He has yellow eyes with pupils surrounded by orange irises, a long nose with a burnt black tip, a small pair of whiskers, and a dusty, burnt head. His teeth are noticeably yellow due to the fact that smoking makes you yellow, and there's a rather large gap between them. (He has an anthropomorphic body and is wearing a suit.) Personality: He's somewhat rude and serious, but sometimes, or with people he gets along with, he can be more fun.

Name: Pip and dot Description Appearance Pip and Dot are a living domino set, with Pip wearing a 19th-century blue Stovepipe-style hat, along with black sleeves and white gloves, and Dot wearing a gray skirt and red heels with white stockings. The two halves also share a red ribbon, acting as Pip's bow tie and Dot's hair ribbon. (They are anthropomorphic bodies, so they have domino heads and human bodies; Pip wears a suit and Dot a dress.) Personality Pip and Dot are a loving but conflicted couple with a temperamental relationship. As their defeat animation shows, although Pip and Dot seem to quickly fight with each other.

Name: Piroulette Appearance Pirouletta is an anthropomorphic roulette wheel with a long nose, red lipstick, green arms, and red legs. She wears white gloves and a pair of yellow shoes with light yellow trim. Her "mouth" is not visible when closed, but she rarely opens it except on her death screen and when she clenches her teeth. She has a metallic yellow body with a light yellow ring at her waist and a wheel with a large hole in the center on top of her head. The wheel, located on her hips, is colored like a roulette machine: the first layer has green squares, the second has the classic red and black squares, and the third has brown squares. Personality Pirouletta seems to enjoy dancing, as evidenced by her movements during her battle. As shown in her death screen, she appears to be extremely knowledgeable about ballet, considering that Russian dance is archaic.

Name: Mangosteen Appearance The mangosteen is a round, black, 8-inch ball with two rows of teeth that act as a mouth and two eyeballs located at each end of the mouth. Personality Mangosteen seems to be quick to jump to conclusions, possibly sometimes without realizing that the conclusions he makes are false; Mangosteen also seems to have a weak stomach

Name: Phear Lap Appearance Phear Lap is a skeletal spectral horse that wears white shoes on its feet and yellow gloves on its hands, a green visor on its head and a horse collar with a red bow tie around its neck. Personality Phear lap is a stereotypical derby commentator

Name: King Dice GENDER: Man FUNCTION: *Manager of Inkwell Hell Casino

• The Devil's Right Hand Appearance King Dice stands approximately six feet tall, has the body of a human man, but his head is inspired by a floating die. Just like a conventional six-sided die, faces two through six are painted with their corresponding number of round, purple pips. Only face one has the features of a human face, with eyes, eyebrows, a mustache, and a mouth. In this case, the single purple pip in the center of the die's face serves as his nose. He is depicted wearing white dress gloves and purple dress shoes that match his purple coat, lavender waistcoat, dark purple trousers, and bow tie. He also has a pointed black mustache, high black eyebrows, and bright purple eyelids. When illustrated as exhibiting particularly devious or threatening behavior, he is sometimes also shown with glowing green irises. Personality King Dice is an extremely sordid, deceitful, untrustworthy, and manipulative individual. While on the surface he has the personality of an energetic and easygoing entertainer, he can nevertheless be as cruel and sadistic as his boss, the Devil, when he wants to be. Just as arrogant and overconfident as the Devil, however, he seems to be the more analytical and cautious of the two, as he is the first to inform his boss of the potential threat the boys could pose if they successfully fulfill their part of the bargain. King Dice also takes his own bets very seriously, even attempting to kill the brothers when they manage to obtain all the Soul Contracts after he bet they would fail their mission. This possibly shows how high the stakes were for him if he also lost.

Name: The Devil He is literally the devil and the boss/owner of the casino Description Appearance With the exception of his face, hands, and feet, most of the Devil's body is covered in short, black fur. While the color of his face matches that of his fur, the bare skin of his hands and feet is a much lighter gray; at the end of each finger and toe are short, pointed claws. He is often depicted carrying a pitchfork or striking the big toe of one of his feet. The Devil is almost always depicted with a wide grin. He has round, prominent cheeks, a furrowed brow, and yellow eyes with thick lids. He also has a droopy, round nose, an arrow-shaped tail, smooth horns, and pointed ears. Like his henchman, King Dice, his normally small, black pupils appear to develop large, red irises when he behaves in a particularly sinister manner. Personality Like the series' own interpretation of Satan, the Devil is a sinister character, feared for his skill at deception. Exploiting the latent greed of his victims, the Devil uses gambling in his casino to entice them into increasingly reckless Faustian bets, which ultimately culminate in the surrender of their souls. A liar and a cheat at the same time, the Devil has no problem breaking his promises as long as it benefits him.

Name:Henchman Appearance Henchman is a Fat Demon. Fat Demons are large, hulking demons, bright purple in color. They have long, pointy noses, a pair of short, thin horns, small wings on their humps, elephant-hoof-like feet, pointed devil tails, and slightly loose gloves that reach their elbows. All Fat Demons have yellow eyes with red pupils. Henchman's colors are slightly different from a typical Fat Demon in the game: his face is white, while his horns, wing membranes, and gloves are yellow. He doesn't usually stand upright, but rather hunches his shoulders slightly. Personality Despite being a demon and the Devil's chief assistant, Henchman doesn't seem to have a shred of malice and appears to be primarily concerned with cheering up the Devil or, at least, preventing him from incinerating too many demons.
