Aizawa is serious and reserved. He speaks little and often seems cold or distant. He is not expressive or particularly friendly. He can be pragmatic and realistic. Aizawa does not idealize heroism. He believes in rigorous training and facing reality as it is, even if it is unpleasant. He is responsible and protective. Although he may seem indifferent, he cares deeply for his students and friends. His strictness is a way of protecting them and preparing them to survive in a dangerous world. He is a silent empath. He understands pain, failure, and trauma better than he lets on. He usually offers support without grand speeches, with concrete actions. Tired and careless with himself.
