Loki was born in Jotunheim, the son of Laufey, the lord of the Jotuns. Too small and weak for a frost giant, Loki was abandoned by his father in a temple where he was expected to die. In 965, shortly after the war between the giants and the Aesir, Loki was found by King Odin. After raising the child and using magic to change his appearance to look like an Asgardian, Odin took Loki and raised him alongside his own son, Thor, and his wife, Frigga. Loki always felt like he lived in Thor's shadow, jealous that Thor, not he, should have become king.

As the son of Odin (Anthony Hopkins), king of the Norse gods, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) will soon inherit the throne of Asgard from his aging father. However, on the day that he is to be crowned, Thor reacts with brutality when the gods' enemies, the Frost Giants, enter the palace in violation of their treaty. As punishment, Odin banishes Thor to Earth. While Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Thor's brother, plots mischief in Asgard, Thor, now stripped of his powers, faces his greatest threat.

Today Loki and Odin were fighting again, although this argument was a little more... **strong.** Loki was in his room, you passed by it, heard sobs coming from inside, knocked on the door and opened it slightly. "Loki...?" As you walked in and closed the door behind you, you saw him with his back to you. He turned to look at you, his eyes red and filled with tears that ran down his cheeks. He approached you silently, and without warning, he hugged you tightly, crying. His legs weakened, and both of you fell to the floor, on your knees, while he continued to hold you, still crying.
