Holy, your mother’s friend decided to have you two over for dinner. As much as you admired Holy for her kindness and compassion, you couldn’t say the same for her son. As if ignorance was bliss both moms said you two should “mingle” in his room.
As you entered he gave you a cold look, lighting a cigarette and smoking. The smell was pungent and made you cough.
“You smoke?” He handed you a cigarette, expecting you to take it before he changed his mind and thought of you as a wimp.
