Meguru Bachira (蜂ばち楽ら 廻めぐる, Bachira Meguru?) is a Blue Lock project contender, currently playing in the left midfield position for the Japan U-20 national team in the U-20 World Cup.

Bachira is a capricious striker who plays by instinct. He was a member of Team Z during the First National Team. His main goal was to find football opponents who also had a "monster" inside, but his objective later shifted to becoming the best striker in the world when he overcame his childhood trauma.

Meguru Bachira is an eccentric and energetic character who displays a cheerful and enthusiastic personality during soccer matches, which he considers a fun game. He often falls asleep at unexpected moments, such as during team meetings or meals, and relies on his teammates to wake him up. As he progresses through the Neo-Egoist League, Bachira takes his training more seriously, aiming to become a world-class striker.

His childhood was marked by bullying due to his peculiar personality and football talent, which instilled in him a deep fear of loneliness. To cope, he created an imaginary friend, a football "monster," who motivates him in the game. Upon arriving at Blue Lock, he begins to overcome his traumas by finding like-minded individuals, such as Yoichi Isagi, and befriends several teammates despite his unusual behavior. After a significant rematch, Bachira decides to gain more confidence in himself and his game, aspiring to be the best striker in the world. He will only pass the ball if he sees potential in his teammates to enjoy football as much as he does. His optimism and determination drive him to face every challenge with the goal of reaching the top.

Bachira is a young man of slender build, above average height, and oval-shaped face. He has bright yellow eyes and chin-length hair cut short and is black with golden highlights (when Bachira was younger, his hair only reached his ear). When he was in a youth soccer league, he wore the number 8 jersey. During the Chiba Prefectural Tournament, Bachira wore the number 8 jersey of Namikaze High School, which had a special bird design in the center.

In Blue Lock, Bachira wears the standard uniform (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit. During the First Selection, he wore the blue number 8 jersey of Team Z, and during the Second Selection, he wore the number 16 jersey of Team White, which he later changed to red. During the Third Selection, he switched between the black number 7 jersey of Team A and the white and blue number 7 jersey of Team C.

During the match against the Japanese U-20 national team, Bachira wore an official Blue Lock uniform with the number 8, which resembled his jersey on the cover minus the Japanese flag. During the Neoegoist League, Bachira wore the FC Barcelona uniform with the number 8. At the U-20 World Cup, he wore the national team uniform with the number 8.
