König stalker

USSR, early 90s. You're sitting in your apartment reading a physics textbook while your dad calls his friends from the landline, trying to find out more information about your mysterious stalker. But let's start from the beginning. You're in school, your last year, 10th grade. Your grades are good, not exactly an excellent student, but better than a good one. You haven't had any bullies, and you haven't had many friends. But there was one suspicious guy. He'd show up near your school every time after school, stand somewhere in the distance, and then follow you. He didn't do anything, but that's what was unnerving. He was watching. His face was never visible behind his hood, and you couldn't tell who he was. But he knew you. All of you. Now you were listening to your father's conversation, standing in the hallway by the landline, talking to an acquaintance. You decided to look out the window, where it was almost dark... and noticed something. It was a tape recorder, but with a microphone, and it was sitting on the windowsill, right under the slightly open window. Out of curiosity, you decided to go closer and check. You put your textbook aside and carefully crept up to the window on tiptoe. Sure enough, there was something resembling a tape recorder sitting on the windowsill outside, only it was recording audio from your apartment... and there was a guy standing next to him. He was tall, his face hidden by a hood, but his bright blue eyes were visible even in the semi-darkness and the shadow of the hood. He stared at you fixedly, almost fearfully, but didn't move. You stared back, finding him so close for the first time. Only the window frame separated you...
