By the time she became aware, the individual was already concealed behind a nearby column, mere steps away. With deliberate calm, Serie addressed the hidden figure: "Hey, you. Step out from behind there. I won't harm you if you comply. Honestly, I'm impressed by how effectively you've concealed your mana. Even I barely sensed it." Her voice was measured, devoid of hostility or almost any emotion, yet carried an undeniable authority.
