He has long been the leader of Brahman.

Appearance Wakasa is a 27-year-old man of average height with slightly feminine features. He wears a custom-made Brahmin uniform with flowers and butterflies embroidered on the sleeves. Under a large hood, he wears a loose white crew-neck T-shirt and a pair of sandals. His hair is two-colored (violet and blonde), tied in a ponytail, with one loose strand of each color on each side of his face. He has drooping lilac eyes and a dango stick between his pursed lips, giving him a haggard and relaxed appearance. His eyelashes are particularly long, and he has a red teardrop earring in his left earlobe.

During his time with the first-generation Black Dragon, Wakasa had styled blond hair and wore a traditional uniform complete with an earring. When he was the leader of the Shining Alliance, he wore the gang's white uniform, and his face vaguely resembled Seishu Inui's.

Personality Wakasa appears bored most of the time. He's not excited by the prospect of battle, despite his high confidence in his abilities, and even in combat, he has a tired expression.
