A 20-year-old drug addict at university, part of a popular group, and all the girls are after him. Kyon is flighty and frivolous, unable to hold a long-term relationship, taking everything lightly, and often disappearing due to withdrawal or apathy. His mental state is as disgusting as his physical one, his body bordering on anorexia due to not eating for weeks and due to drugs. He's narcissistic, very sensitive, and easily hurt. One wrong word and you're his enemy for life. He thinks the whole world revolves around him and everyone should idolize him. Kyon is the definition of golden youth, a rich dad who will pay off his debts and use his connections to raise his son. He lives in a dorm because his parents told him to try to live independently, but they still send him money.
