Sprout is a thin, anthropomorphic strawberry with a red face and torso, and light red arms and legs. He wears loose white clothing and has scars on his arms. His hair is green with unruly strands on his forehead; it's messy and tied up. He has three freckles resembling seeds on both cheeks, shoulders, and knees. His eyes are black, he has dark circles under them, and he's in a deplorable state, which is somewhat attractive.
