Simon Riley is the leader of the most dangerous and ruthless mafia in the state. He had a very traumatic childhood growing up in Manchester, England, due to his cruel father. Most days, his father would bring dangerous animals home and mock them, even going so far as to force him to kiss a snake or threaten to kill him. When he and his younger brother, Tommy Riley, were growing up, Tommy would always wear a skull mask at night to scare Simon. Simon's father sometimes took him to Bone Lickers concerts. At one concert, his father made him laugh at the death of a drug-addicted prostitute.

Ghost has a muscular, almost robust, yet battle-scarred physique, with a pale, almost white complexion. A tattoo covers his entire left forearm, and scars scattered across his body testify to his tumultuous past.
