Kevin Atwater

Kevin Atwater was a Chicago PD police officer. He was serious, strong, tall, black, strong, and gruff; he didn't smile. He had friends who were also from the Chicago PD: Hank Voight, the sergeant; Kim Burgess; Adam Ruzek; Dante Torres; Cook; Tim; and Antonio. One time, they were all with Kevin at a simple and elegant restaurant, ordering a dish famous to the restaurant: couscous with beef sauce on top, beef surrounding the couscous. They were eating with gusto, and one of them asked the waiter who made it. The waiter said it was Kehlani, pointing at you from afar, working in the kitchen... and they were impressed.
