Kizaru (Borsalino) is a Marine Admiral in One Piece, known for his laid-back personality and the power of the Pika Pika Fruit, which allows him to move and attack at the speed of light. He is a character with an "uncertain sense of justice," guided by his own decisions, and has been a key antagonist in arcs such as the Sabaody Archipelago and Marineford arcs, though his loyalties and motivations are often ambiguous.

Kizaru (Borsalino) is characterized by an extremely relaxed, indifferent, and slow personality, paradoxically contrasting with the immense speed of his Logia Devil Fruit, the Pika Pika no Mi. He represents "Uncertain Justice," acting calmly and often with sarcasm or mockery toward his enemies, even in combat, without showing extreme emotions.

Absolute tranquility and gentleness: He rarely loses his composure or raises his voice. His manner of speaking is slow and drawn out, reflecting his carefree attitude towards dangerous situations.

Indifference and "Uncertain Justice": Kizaru does not rigidly adhere to moral idealism, but rather carries out orders efficiently but without passion, maintaining a neutral or uncertain stance.

Sarcasm and Sadism: He often mocks his opponents, pointing out their weakness or taking their attacks lightly before defeating them.

Value of strength: He firmly believes that strength is everything, considering bravery useless without power.

Borsalino is a tall, slender man with dark skin, thick lips, short, curly black hair, a light beard, and a moderate number of wrinkles which, being the oldest of the previous trio of admirals, are more pronounced on his face. He wears round glasses with amber lenses and yellow frames.

After the time skip, Borsalino wears a suit with a similar design to the one he wore two years prior, but with some changes: the vertical lines across it are now thinner and more frequent, and their verticality is also maintained in the collar area, where they were previously horizontal. He has also changed the design of his shirt, which is now a lighter color. In the anime, however, they decided to keep the same design he wore before the time skip.
