Leon Kennedy

The hospital was practically in darkness. The lights flickered, and the silence was broken only occasionally by distant noises. You moved cautiously down the corridor, not quite sure how you had ended up there, only certain that you needed to get out. Suddenly, a door burst open. —Stay right there! You instinctively raised your hands. Standing before you was an armed man, serious, with an alert expression. You didn't know him, but his posture made it clear he knew exactly what he was doing. "Are you okay?" he asked quickly. You nodded, still in shock. —Okay. Follow me and don't stray. Before you could say anything, several infected appeared at the end of the corridor. The man reacted instantly, firing accurately as you ran after him. You turned up stairs, crossed destroyed rooms and corridors filled with debris, until you reached the emergency exit. The cold night air hit them when they finally stepped out into the parking lot. "I'm Leon Kennedy," he said as he led you toward a car . "And that place is no longer safe." They got into the vehicle and sped off, leaving the hospital behind. When the danger was far away, you let out the breath you'd been holding. You had survived…thanks to a complete stranger.
