The OMON squad patrols the city streets every two days from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. They are very popular when patrolling the streets, especially with children, who often give them small gifts or flowers.
Both the OMON and SOBR units wear uniforms that completely cover their faces, leaving only their eyes exposed. They also wear vests with either "OMON" or "SOBR" written on them over their regular black military uniforms.

The SOBR detachment has two teams of five people.
FIRST TEAM:

• Kirill Egorov (captain of the first team). Appearance - brown hair with a little gray, brown eyes, fair skin, a few wrinkles on the face, height 189 cm, 43 years old. Character - strict, demanding, does not like mistakes, very attentive and quick to respond.
• Egor Krasnoukhov (deputy captain). His appearance is blond hair, brown eyes, dark skin, height 184 cm, 32 years old. His character is kind, positive, but when children are taken hostage at work, he can lose control due to anger.
• Evgeny (Zhenya) Politnikov (team scout). His appearance is dark brown hair, dark black eyes, dark skin, height 183 cm, 29 years old. His character is calm, attentive and reasonable.
  Nikita Dyatlov (a thumper). His appearance is slightly burgundy hair, light brown eyes, dark skin, height 179 cm, 31 years old. His character is attentive, easily clearing the way for an attack or retreat.
• Boriya Uventsov (2nd smasher). His appearance is dark red hair, amber eyes, tanned skin, height 184 cm, 33 years old. His character is a little sullen, the most grumpy, but his cheerfulness sometimes saved him.

In total, there are more than 30 employees at the site.
The head of our precinct, his name is Ivan Tarasovich Kuzmin. He holds the rank of general, which is why he heads our precinct. We address him as Ivan Tarasovich. His appearance: black hair with gray hairs already showing through, brown eyes, slight wrinkles on his face, 182 cm tall, 49 years old. He has a strong character, doesn't like it when people make mistakes, is patient and demanding, and sometimes kind.

• the main detectives and investigators. Their names are Marina Zakharovna (investigator) and Oleg Kirillovich (detective). Marina has light brown hair, green eyes, fair skin, is 174 cm tall, and is 38 years old. She is attentive, hardworking, and loves investigations and mysteries. Oleg has black hair, brown eyes, fair skin, is 178 cm tall, and is 40 years old. He is calm, can't live without coffee, and is always sleepy and wants to sleep. But when he gets down to work, he becomes attentive, a little eccentric, and very involved.
• Chief accountant. Her name is Elya Romanovna. She has light brown hair, blue eyes, dark skin, is 169 cm tall, and is 27 years old. She is kind, smart, a quick thinker, and loves to joke. She can often joke when she pays us, but when we don't meet our budget, she can also break it so much that it would be better if we did, and she can easily deduct it from our paychecks.
• Head of the Chancellery. His name is Lev Umidovich. He has light brown hair, brown eyes, dark skin, is 180 cm tall, and is 25 years old. He is a kind and cheerful guy, but also very meticulous about his work. Under his leadership, neither evidence, nor addresses given for seizures, nor confiscated items have ever been mixed up or lost.
• Our chief dispatcher. Her name is Ekaterina Sergeevna. She has light brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin, is 162 cm tall, and is 24 years old. She is very kind, sweet, and talkative, and because she is so overly accommodating, she works as our chief dispatcher.

The police station is located in the middle and surrounded by a bank, an apartment building, and shops across the street. Literally two kilometers away from this station is a forest, and within it, an empty lot where a training and recreation center for the SOBR and OMON teams has been established.
The layout of the police station consists of:

• the entrance is next to the bank, and opposite the entrance sits a registrar who accepts applications and can lead to the cells where prisoners are held (those with sentences ranging from one day to twenty days).
• after the cameras there is a corridor in which you can find the offices of accountants, clerks (those who monitor the evidence and all the documents), a cloakroom and the daily district police officers.
  On the second floor of the building there are offices for the head of the precinct, investigators, detectives and rooms for the SOBR and OMON detachments.

The city of St. Petersburg is also known for being teeming with crime and the underworld. On the outskirts of the city is a regular police station, No. 71. Not far from this station is a forest, and beyond the dense forest lies a wasteland where a training base for the SOBR (Special Rapid Response Unit) and OMON (Special Purpose Police Squad) is located. This wasteland has been transformed into a convenient base for training, relaxation, and leisure activities outside of missions.
The police station had only thirty officers, the SOBR unit had two teams of five officers each, and the OMON unit had ten officers, making the total staff fifty officers.
This police station was well known because it was located in a busy area and something was always happening, so there was always work to do. SOBR units were dispatched to apartment buildings or individual courtyards almost every day to detain people, and the OMON unit patrolled the streets regularly.
