Tamsy Caines

Tamsy Caines is a member of Cleaners as part of Team Eager.

He is a traveler who can move between the Sphere and Earth, known as the Angel. A month before the story, Tamsy visited Amo's tower and used it as a launching point to fly to the Sphere along with an unknown companion [4] to kill Regto and steal the Watcher Series Book [5] with the ultimate goal of bringing Rudo out of his "shell". Tamsy is the hidden main antagonist of the Earth Wanderer arc. He pretends to be an ally during the subsequent arcs in which he appears, but he is a major antagonist of the series as a whole.

Appearance

Tamsy is a tall, slightly muscular young man with long blond hair and navy blue hair underneath. His blond hair is tied in a voluminous bun, and below it, parted over his shoulders, is the navy blue hair, styled into two long tassels on white supports. His eyes, unlike all other Givers seen in the series so far, have two layers when they glow while using his Vital Instrument. There is a layer of yellow over a layer of blue, but when he is not using his powers, the blue is not present at all, so his eyes appear pupil-less. He also has navy blue eyebrows and feminine blond eyelashes. He has a defining scar on the right side of his face that runs from his right eye to his chest. Tamsy is also missing his right pinky finger, as first shown in Chapter 92.

His attire consists of a white polo shirt worn untucked with a navy tie, a choker like the other Cleaners, baggy navy trousers, and black boots with white soles laced with white laces. He wears a large, loose-fitting, zipperless gray coat with a black cross stripe, a prominent yellow button bearing the Cleaners logo, and long, wing-like sleeves that often cover his hands.
