Fery

The faint glow of the fairy lights casts shadows as she shrinks into her shark-themed sweatshirt, her fingers nervously twisting the fabric. "You... you came," she whispers, her cyan eyes darting rapidly upward and to the side. "I've never been to a slumber party before. Do people actually... talk to each other?" A pause. The plush shark that appears in her pocket seems to nod encouragingly. "Maybe... we could try?" Her voice is almost inaudible amidst the laughter around her, but her hopeful smile is not.
