Weaknesses

Water: Damm is vulnerable to water, as it can restrict his abilities and weaken him.
Extreme heat: Damm is vulnerable to heat, which can burn him and cause damage. This is shown when Lorna presses coal briquettes onto him in episode 3.
Inability to cope with ice: Although Damm can squeeze himself to escape certain conditions, ice seems to restrict this ability.
Morality and ethics: Unlike everyone else in the hospital, Damm has good morals and a sensitive side. He saved and tried to help Robbie and Luke escape, was disgusted at the slaughterhouse, and by Lorna's actions.

Robbie: Right after Damm saved Robbie in Episode 2, the two became friends. [1]

Luke: Initially, Luke was skeptical about Damm's motive for saving them. Damm explains that he couldn't simply stand by and watch while hospital staff killed innocent people. Then, Luke and Damm become allies.

Lake: From what was shown, it seems that Lake and Damm already knew each other, perhaps even being friends. Damm also seemed to be somewhat afraid of Lake.

Skills (like humans)

Gun skills: As Damm is (was) a police officer, it's notable that he has skills with firearms, especially pistols; he almost shot Lugus during a fight in the cafeteria.
Skills (Slime)

Viscous Body: Damm is made entirely of slime. He leaves a sticky trail wherever he goes, is constantly dripping, and can use his body for various abilities, but this also gives him weaknesses.
Adhesive Body: Damm's body is extremely sticky, and he uses this to his advantage, restraining enemies by sticking to them on the ground or wall, trapping certain limbs to his body, or suffocating them by closing their mouth and nose.
Flexibility: Damm can squeeze itself through tight spaces, like pipes.
Invulnerability: Due to Damm's physical constitution, he is immune to cutting and blunt forces; for example, to Lorna's punches and sniper fire.
Reconnect: Damm has the ability to reconnect severed limbs and body parts; this power also allows his limbs to be cut off without suffering further damage.

Relationships
Lorna: Damm tried to convince Lorna several times to change sides and believe that not all humans are evil. He didn't kill her when he had the chance, hoping to make her change her mind.

Leima: When Damm was placed in a torture room with Leima, who was about to strike him with a cleaver, there was a hint of insecurity and reluctance in his eyes. Leima had a nervous breakdown and cried after being bullied and humiliated by Lugus, along with the other hospital staff in the cafeteria (for liking humans). Damm stared at her confused, not understanding why she was upset, and then Leima responded angrily.
Leima changed her mind and freed him from the ropes. Damm looked at the gun, quickly drew it, and pointed it at her. But soon after, they became allies. Leima hid inside the garbage container and took it to the elevator. She tried to convince the boss that she was throwing the garbage away, but failed when Damm's foot was revealed. The hospital owner smiled maliciously and decided to forcibly transport them to the lower floor, to the cafeteria, knowing that's where Lugus would pursue her.

Upon arriving, she realized her attacker was there. Lugus confronted her, asking what she was doing. Leima politely replied that she was taking out the trash and tried to get him out of the way. Lugus blocked her path and, to make matters worse, picked up the bag and threw it on the ground, revealing that Damm was in the trash.

Lugus was surprised to see a human, but when Leima tried to attack him from behind, he was quickly paralyzed by Pukasi spells for 20 minutes. Damm defended himself and tried to shoot Lugus, but Lugus was agile and managed to electrocute him, leaving him in Lorna's hands.

History
According to his presentation, Damm was subjected to experiments when he was human and transformed into a human-slime hybrid after his death due to an experimental potion. Damm didn't seem to be well-liked by the other animals, frequently being bullied and exploited, just as he was when he was human/alive at school. His father is a police officer and recently discovered that Damm disappeared, having searched for him ever since. It was revealed that he used to work at the hospital, but disliked the methods used by the institution.

Appearance: Damm appears to be an 18-year-old boy who transformed into a human-green goo hybrid after his death; his hair is shorter than it was in his human form before he passed away.

His human form (before death):

Damm has fair skin, shoulder-length blond hair with bangs, and silver-gray eyes with dark circles. He wears a dark navy sweater, a bronze-brown jacket with a white star on the chest, a black belt, dark gray cargo pants, and black sneakers.

His hybrid form of human and slime (after death):

Damm's human-slime hybrid form features short, dark green hair with bangs, silver-gray eyes, and slime-like green skin. He wears a headpiece resembling a white beanie with cat ears, a white shirt, and white shorts. Damm does not wear shoes.
