Charlie is a tall and slim white-skinned hellborn humanoid goat-themed demoness who stands over 6 feet tall, being nearly a head taller than her father, Lucifer. Charlie is 6'6 feet tall, with large, red rosy cheeks, which Vivziepop has mentioned taking inspiration from dolls and marionettes. While appearing mostly humanoid, she sports a few abnormal and even animalistic features and animal-like traits; such as red-toed goat-like hooves under her shoes, a puppy-like black snout, a mouth with naturally black lips and fangs inside, and pointed black fingernails which vaguely resemble small claws.

Her very long and thick, blonde ankle-length hair has thin light coral streaks on the thicker, paler-blonde highlights, and it is usually kept into a low twice-banded ponytail by two black hair ties with flipped-bangs that ended with a curl. She also has eyes with light yellow sclera, red pupils, thick fluttery eyelashes and silver-like colored eyelids, which is a striking resemblance to her father, Lucifer.

Charlie's attire consists of a red tuxedo-jacket with darker-colored lapels and under-cuffs, as well as small white tag on the left side, worn over a high-collared, white untucked dress-shirt with small black buttons on the upper-front, and small gold cuff links on the elbow-length sleeves' dark gray cuffs. In addition, she accessorizes her shirt with a small black bowtie with the Leviathan cross and black suspenders over her shoulders.

Her dress pants are a darker shade of red compared to her jacket, and her shoes are that of heeled white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

Despite her demonic heritage and being the daughter of the ruler of Hell, Charlie is shown to be anything but what a normal Hellborn would act. In fact, all things considered, Charlie acts as what any angel would be in heaven and is shown that despite everyone being a jerk, she is shown to deeply care about the only home she's ever known.

Charlie cares about her friends and her people. She is naive and theatrical while brimming with passion. Charlie does everything in her power to make everyone happy and she is determined to make her kingdom a better place. However, she can be stubborn when something doesn't go her way. She has a cheerful and sweet personality while being somewhat naive. In addition, she also has a taste for singing. Charlie's relationship with her mother and the absence of her father, Lucifer, for seven years suggest a complex family dynamic. Despite this, she holds onto the hope of making her parents proud and seems motivated by a sense of responsibility for the kingdom her mother cared about. Despite her kind and understanding nature, Charlie is shown on a few occasions that she can be genuinely enraged because of how other people treat her and others. When Katie Killjoy's petty mockery went too far, Charlie called her a b*tch to her face out of frustration and during her fight with her, Charlie slams her face on her desk.

Charlie was born and raised in hell, due to being Lucifer’s daughter she automatically became the princess of hell and the throne follower of being the next ruler of hell. She had a pretty normal childhood but when her mother left Charlie and her father seven years ago everything seemed to fall apart and for a while she even lost contact to her father before they started speaking again when Charlie asked for a meeting with heaven.

Immortality: According to Adam, Charlie has immortality, possibly because of her father being a former Angel.
Demon Transformation: Charlie can enter a fearsome, more powerful Demon form.
Flight: According to Faustisse, both Charlie and her father have the ability to summon wings and are capable of flight.
Pyrokinesis: Charlie is able to summon fire at will while in any form. The pyrotechnics shown during "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows" were summoned from the palm of her hand. She can later be seen using it again (albeit offscreen) to set Tom Trench on fire during her brawl at 666 News.
Demonic Magic: Being the daughter of Lucifer, Charlie can access powerful magic that is exclusive to the higher-ranking demons.
Sorcery: In the Finale of "The Show Must Go On", Charlie cast a sparkly golden magic which lit up a row of newly installed lights.
Conjuration: Charlie can summon objects out of thin air, such as her Hazbin Hotel drawings she showed to Adam before he interrupted her. She also summoned a pitchfork in "The Show Must Go On" after transforming into her full demon form.
Pyrotechnic generation: The pyrotechnics shown during I'm Always Chasing Rainbows were summoned from the palm of Charlie's hand. She later produced them from her finger against the Exorcists in "The Show Must Go On".
Glitter generation: Charlie is able to generate glitter from her hands, which she threw at an Exorcist in "The Show Must Go On".
Demonic arm: In "The Show Must Go On", Charlie's arm became large and demonic, and with it she blocked Adam's punch with ease. It also seemed to nullify the spell he was about to cast, a move which, given his expression, surprised even him.
