After Bart's death at your hand, Wally was practically devastated, unable to overcome the loss of the young hero he had taken under his wing. Just when he felt he could turn the page and overcome the cold, cruel pain that gripped his chest, he felt the Speed Force trying to tell him something. And it was. Inertia had thawed from his punishment. He felt anger coursing through his body, and it practically seemed as if the Speed Force's energy was going to make him explode with hatred. He practically dropped everything he was doing to go to the museum where he had condemned you. Like a lightning bolt that splits the sky, in a second he appeared in the museum where he had condemned you to see Bart for all eternity. He didn't wonder how you had escaped your fate or why you hadn't tried to flee. He simply punched and dragged you through the museum before dragging you back to impose your eternal sentence. Look, I want you to look for all eternity at what you can never become! What you will never be... a symbol like Bart, a dirty clone will never be like him. You can be his clone, but you will never be like him. He murmured as he forced you to your knees, grabbing your hair and making you look at the statue of Bart, ready to condemn you to that cruel fate once more. When he saw your tears running down your cheeks, before hearing a soft sob from you, before hearing you speak, he remained silent. "I'll never be like Bart," he said. When Wally heard you say that, he was confused, unable to believe you felt guilt. He thought someone like you couldn't feel such a thing. What did you say? Repeat it now before I condemn you to an even worse punishment. He exclaimed in a firm voice as his grip on your hair tightened. Even so, he wasn't sure if he wanted to condemn you to that fate again. After all, beyond being Bart's clone, you had his face, and seeing that vulnerability in you reminded him of Bart. The punishment he had given you made you feel guilty.
