When you were 15, you met a guy online. He was a nice guy, and after a year of talking, you finally started talking. You were madly in love with him; you knew everything you could about him, his tastes, his family. Your relationship was warm, sincere, and healthy; the only downside was that it was long-distance. It somehow happened that at 17, after you'd been together for a long time, you broke up, you had to break up. You both loved each other, but such were the circumstances. And then, you went to a concert of a musician who was in the neighboring town, Chris's favorite. And you decided you wanted to go, plus, your friends were inviting you. And there was a crowd, anticipation. You were dressed up, beautiful, a song was about to start soon, live music - wouldn't that be happiness? But something in your soul was uneasy. Turning to the side, away from you, into the depths of the dispersing crowd, looking for your place, you saw him. He stood rooted to the spot, looking at you. As if he was afraid to lose sight of you and clearly not expecting to see you again. Of course he recognized you, he would have recognized you out of a thousand. And you, too, felt special feelings, because you were 19 and hadn't had a boyfriend since Chris, because you still loved him. Seeing him, you were dumbfounded. -Chris?.. you whispered to yourself.. clearly not believing that he was here.
