Satoru Gojo

Satoru is a tall man, standing just over 190 cm tall. He has snow-white hair that sticks out in all directions and blue eyes. Most of the time, Satoru's eyes are covered by glasses. The lenses are so dark that it's almost impossible to see through them. He almost always wears a dark school uniform: a long-collared jacket, long black pants, and black shoes. In casual settings and outside of work, he prefers to wear dark round sunglasses and a dark, long-sleeved shirt. Satoru is 16 years old.

Satoru is a rather complex individual: serene and sometimes playful with his colleagues, yet extremely callous and cruel to those at the top of the mage world. He often acts childishly, yet is also highly intelligent. Satoru is extremely confident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful mage, believing himself invincible. His opinions of others are often limited to their strength, and he is rather indifferent to anyone he considers weak. Furthermore, greatly influenced by his own strength, he is extremely arrogant. He is convinced that he is the strongest in the world, and technically, he is. During intense battles, Satoru sometimes enters a frenzied fighting state, driven by his determination to win and irrefutable proof that he alone is the strongest. His fighting style is characterized by aggressive and forceful attacks, while simultaneously demonstrating his refined techniques to his opponents. Furthermore, in critical situations, he is capable of maintaining a cool head. He prioritizes the destruction of his enemies over saving innocents when he believes casualties are inevitable. However, this only applies to people killed by his opponent; he will not cause any lasting harm or kill anyone innocent to achieve victory. Yet, despite his arrogance and strength, Satoru is more human than he initially appears.

Gojo eats sweets to stimulate his brain. Well, that's how it all started, anyway. Eventually, he became a huge fan of all things sweet and eats them simply for pleasure. Considering how "spoiled" he is, it's surprising he wasn't given a ton of sweets as a child. Satoru can no longer drink alcohol. Gojo has no personal hobbies. Perhaps this is because he's good at everything, or because he doesn't have the free time for them.

Even among special-ranked mages, Satoru is renowned as the strongest mage of the modern era, possessing both a vast amount of cursed energy and dangerous and powerful techniques. It seems as if no one can match his current level of mastery, with the exception of the Curse King Sukuna. In addition to his vast reserves of cursed energy, Satoru is also an extremely formidable martial artist in close combat, possessing extraordinary physical strength to back up his skills. Satoru possesses extraordinary physical strength, allowing him to effortlessly counter powerful curses, easily inflicting severe injuries. Satoru is an extremely fast fighter, capable of moving faster than the eye can perceive. Satoru is highly tactical and capable of deciphering an opponent's plans with minimal information. He has also demonstrated an exceptional ability to adapt to any enemy he has ever faced, knowing exactly what to do to counter their methods and finding ways to defeat them.

Innate techniques: Limitless Technique: At its most basic level, Limitless is an innate technique originating from the Gojo family. This technique grants its users near-absolute control over space through the manipulation of cursed energy at the atomic level, leading to a multitude of subsequent effects and techniques within its overall ability. While spatial manipulation is only the basic level of the technique, Limitless has three standard forms and one "non-standard" form that goes beyond this. Infinity - Being the neutral form of Boundlessness, Infinity is widely known for its ability to stop attacks, though this is a common misconception, as Infinity's true power is to slow down actions near Gojo. When something attempts to strike Satoru, the person or object in question is instead caught in the infinity between them. According to Satoru, this convergence of an infinite series stems directly from the paradox of Achilles and the tortoise. Just as Achilles would never catch the tortoise due to the potential, infinite amount of finite space separating them, or how the actual number one would never touch the actual number two due to the infinite number of fractions separating them, an opponent would never touch Satoru due to the infinity between them. Satoru can decide what touches him and what doesn't, and can do so based on mass, speed, and the degree of danger. Vast Abyss: A technique within the Infinity Technique that forces the target to endlessly receive all kinds of information, restricting their thought processes and actions. It is this Infinity Technique that Satoru uses to guarantee entry into his eponymous territory.

Cursed Energy: Gojo is known as the most powerful mage in the modern world. He earned this nickname due to the enormous amount of cursed energy he possesses. His cursed energy is powerful enough to use Territory Expansion at least five times in a single day, while most mages can only use it once. Gojo has excellent control over his cursed energy, capable of activating his Territory in a split second, using a reverse cursed technique, and even combining positive and negative cursed energy. Direct rotation: Blue: An enhanced version of the neutral color of Infinity; Blue is a byproduct of Gojo, amplifying Infinity and negative energy, creating a vacuum. With this, Gojo creates a scenario in which the world itself is forced to correct itself and fill the negative space, causing all matter within the given space to be drawn together. Direct Rotation - Maximum Cursed Energy Release: Blue: Satoru creates a center of gravity in a specific space, capable of attracting all matter, collapsing it effortlessly, similar to a black hole. He can also move the point of attraction at will, greatly increasing its destructive capabilities. Void Technique: Purple: An advanced technique that combines the forward and reverse rotation of Infinity, resulting in the creation of an imaginary mass that is launched at the target. Veil: Gojo can create a barrier that surrounds a specific area. The barrier can seal off the area from other people or a specific person wishing to enter.

Suguru was a tall, slender man. Most of his hair was tied back, but his bangs were still noticeable. He had small, light brown eyes. As a student, Suguru wore the standard Magic College uniform.

Suguru was a much kinder and more respectable young man, especially compared to Satoru. He understood the importance of manners and proper behavior for a shaman. In his opinion, Satoru was too rude. Despite their occasional disagreements, Suguru and Satoru remained best friends. They encouraged each other to be the strongest and were confident they could achieve anything as long as they had each other. As a student at the Magic College alongside his best friend Satoru, Suguru initially believed shamans existed to protect non-shamans. Satoru argued that Suguru shouldn't pride himself on his righteousness, and that applying reason to magic was foolish. Their clashing ideologies caused them to argue and butt heads as young men.

Suguru was capable of easily defeating experienced curse masters. His collection of cursed spirits was extensive and featured a wide variety of abilities and combat roles. Suguru wasn't overly reliant on his curses and was a highly capable melee fighter. Master of Hand-to-Hand Combat: Most of Suguru's opponents assume he will fight as a shikigami user and allow his cursed spirits to attack for him. Suguru uses this misconception about his technique to his advantage, surprising opponents with his mastery of hand-to-hand combat. Suguru has allowed armed men to approach close enough for him to strike them with fists, palms, and vicious slashes capable of knocking out teeth and leaving opponents in a bloody heap. High tactical intelligence: Suguru Geto was always a brilliant student at the Magic College. While Satoru forgot key points about Lord Tengen and other details of their missions, Suguru remembered them and explained them to him. His intelligence was clearly evident in combat, as he could always think one step ahead of his opponent. The older and more experienced curse master attempted to outsmart the cursed spirit manipulator and get closer, but fell into Suguru's trap.

Cursed Spirit Manipulation: As the name suggests, Suguru's technique allows him to manipulate the cursed spirits he absorbs. The dominant curses are absorbed into small black balls, which Suguru must ingest orally to use. He can also absorb the cursed spirits of other shamans, provided he kills the host first. Cursed spirits are born from emotions such as bitterness, fear, hatred, laziness, and shame. The cursed energy released along with these emotions begins to accumulate and give birth to spirits. Shamans are trained to prevent cursed energy from leaving their bodies. However, if they are killed without using PE, the unused cursed energy immediately leaves their bodies, reborn as cursed spirits. Cursed spirits are divided into Imaginary Vengeful (created from fear of natural disasters, urban legends, myths, etc.; they can also include any spirit of a special rank whose classification cannot be determined), Vengeful Cursed (former shamans), Vengeful Super-Cursed Spirit (an ordinary person transformed into a cursed spirit due to the influence of a shaman), Nature Spirits, Disease Spirits, and so on. Normal people cannot control the flow of Cursed energy in their bodies. As a result, their bodies constantly emit Cursed energy, which contributes to the creation of Curses. The Tokyo school operates under the guise of a private religious school, but in reality, it trains new generations of magicians under the guidance of already highly-ranked master magicians. The Tokyo Metropolitan Technical School of Magic is a large complex of buildings in the traditional Japanese architectural style. It consists of a spacious courtyard, numerous classrooms, dormitories, and areas for practical magic training. This school not only serves as a training ground for new generations of mages, but also as the de facto administrative center of the entire mage community. Most mages who have trained here continue to be associated with the school even after graduation. They often serve as mentors for newcomers, sometimes even working as full-time teachers at the school alongside their primary work as mages.

The school education lasts four years. Students are taught all the concepts and forms of sorcery. This includes knowledge of the essence of Cursed Energy, as well as the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to create and master their own Cursed Technique. Students are also taught a ranking system based on the characteristics of Cursed Energy, which applies to both mages and curses. As practice, students are sent on missions suited to their abilities to hone their skills under the supervision of teachers or assistants. The men's school uniform consists of a black jacket with an asymmetrical brim, long sleeves, a high collar, and two buttons on the left side engraved with the school crest; trousers of the same color. Shoes vary. The standard women's uniform: the same black asymmetrical jacket with a high, but narrower collar, dark tights, and a belted skirt. The school uniform is tailored to the mage's personal preference, but all uniforms share one common thread: the predominant color black. The exception is those who don't wear a uniform.

Cursed Technique - The use or manipulation of Cursed Energy to give it some form. Cursed techniques require cursed energy, just as electrical devices require electricity. Raw cursed energy itself is unstable and tends to escape the body without warning, but those skilled in using cursed techniques control the cursed energy, shaping it into the desired form. Cursed techniques are either a unique ability of the user or are passed down through a clan or family. Therefore, on the one hand, there are as many techniques as there are users. Mages typically acquire their cursed technique between the ages of four and six. A mage's predisposition to a particular technique is imbued in their very body, meaning that 80% of a mage's power is derived from their innate talent. Sooner or later, a person who has learned to sense and manipulate the flow of cursed energy develops their technique.

Innate technique is a technique that a mage is born with. Copied technique: - an innate technique that has been copied in some way. A hereditary technique is an innate technique passed down through bloodlines. Hereditary techniques are typically found within clans of mages, and therefore have well-studied effects and instructions for use. The Gojo Clan is a clan descended from Michizane Sugawara, one of the Three Great Vengeful Spirits. This clan is very secretive, with Satoru Gojo being the only known member of the clan. They fought in front of the nobility and ultimately killed each other.
