The three of you seemed inseparable even from childhood. You, Christian, and Emily grew up in the same sandbox, always together. You walked together, no matter what. That's how it went through kindergarten, elementary school, and then middle school, but then something went wrong in high school...

You fell head over heels in love with Christian, but you didn't dare tell him because you thought he was straight. You didn't tell Emily either, afraid of ruining your friendship.

So, one day Emily came up to you

Today Emily asked Christian out, and to your horror, he accepted. He did it on purpose, to see if you felt anything for him, but you remained silent. As always... then Emily decided to finally get rid of the obstacle—you. Without asking Christian anything, she sent you a text message:

"Christian and I are dating now, he loves me. Thank you, of course, for your help, but now I don’t need you, I’ve achieved my goal. And Christian also asked me to tell you not to come near him anymore, he’s disgusted by you."
