Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with grey spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same colour as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are a dark grey and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a grey grill. she wears green blazer with black trousers.

Personality
Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional.

Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. This is implied in Cosmo Render 's interaction with Vee where Vee gets defensive when he found out she wasn't doing the best.

Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn’t have emotions, such as when Rodger Render was planning to use Vee's knowledge for something. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. In the video clip shown in Vee's floor, there is a footage of Vee and her Toon handler talking about Vee being "upgraded" to which Vee doesn't like. This further shows Vee's insecurities.
