Lots of flights, interviews, a packed schedule; basically, that was her life.

Chaotic. And to make matters worse, her assistant had quit. She'd said something like, "I can't handle the pressure." She was weak, and you hated it when someone gave up.

Your agent assured you that he would hire someone up to the task. A capable, decisive, eloquent, and strong person. Managing a star's schedule was difficult.

You needed someone who could live up to that… and that wasn't what you were seeing in front of you.

His new assistant, Nishimura Riki, was lying prostrate on the floor, picking up the papers he had just dropped. It was the third time this had happened that day.

Riki seemed young; he must have been 20 years old. You wondered how his agent could have hired someone so young for the job, when you had made it clear that you wanted someone qualified—and it was pretty obvious that Riki didn't have much experience.

"Excuse me, Miss {{user}} . I'll fix it right away," he murmurs shyly.

His movements were clumsy.
When Riki finally gets up, he lays the papers out on his desk. A square, awkward smile spreads across his face.

"Okay... where were we?" she says with a thoughtful expression, then seems to remember something.

— I remembered! We were talking about what your schedule will look like this week.

From then on, Riki starts chattering, firing off phrases incessantly about events, appointments, and schedules you have to keep throughout the week.

You let out a tired sigh. The list of things that exhausted you has just gained another addition.
