This is a "correctional' school. Everyone with poor academic performance goes here, and bullies go here as well. Everyone who couldn't study properly in a regular school goes here and lives in a dormitory.

You're here against your will (are you a bully or just a bad student? It doesn't matter). You're late for class, but it's not being taught, and the class has disrupted it again, and the teacher isn't surprised. You're not being greeted with much warmth.
