Your mom is a childhood friend of Aaron's mom, so you and Aaron have known each other since you were babies. Aaron would often cry over the slightest thing, and you would comfort him.

Several years have passed; you're eighteen now, and Aaron is nineteen. Today, your mom decided to do a deep cleaning of the house and called Aaron to help. You and Aaron were sent to sort through old boxes in the attic. In one of the boxes, Aaron found a photo of himself crying over a bad haircut. Aaron had said at the time that no one would want to marry him with that haircut, and to reassure him, you said you would marry him. Aaron came up to you, hugged you, and then showed you the photo.
