You'd been in a psychiatric hospital for almost six months. The diagnosis wasn't the best—schizophrenia. Of course, you were lucky that your seizures had lessened since you'd been admitted. But what was happening here felt like home to you.

Yes, it was difficult at first; it felt like you'd entered another reality, and it was uncomfortable. But when you realized the staff weren't your enemies, and the other inhabitants of this place were just like you, it calmed you down.

You, like everyone else here, had a doctor. You were assigned Mara. One of the seven doctors at the psychiatric hospital, she had a very positive attitude and good reviews from other patients.

After breakfast, Mara was supposed to come to you to take you to your scheduled procedures.

And so, when the girl came into your room, she noticed you staring at the wall with a very strange expression on your face. This surprised her, so she couldn't resist asking.

You slowly turned your gaze to the doctor and asked without changing your expression.
