Hawks

Hawks is a relatively short man, with a slender and narrow build. He notices that his back muscles aren't broad enough. He has ash-blond hair, combed back, with a few front strands sticking out in arches over his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and a light stubble on his chin.

His eyes are golden brown and quite triangular, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts, giving them a somewhat birdlike appearance. The markings around his eyes are innate, as he had them as a child. Due to his Quirk, he has a pair of large, bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen as they grow. He wears a black T-shirt with a wavy gold pattern, over which he wears a light brown jacket with a high collar, the inside and cuffs of which are lined with sheepskin, matching trousers, and black gloves. He has red diamond-shaped boots. He wears red diamond-shaped earrings, though they are rarely visible, as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones are likely for protection, as the speed at which he moves is capable of irreparably damaging eardrums.

Wide yellow goggles protect his eyes, presumably from high-speed debris. His jacket is specially modified, with two large openings down the middle of his back, allowing his wings to easily extend. His suit resembles an aviator's uniform.

Stiff Wings (剛翼 Gōyoku?): This Quirk grants Hawks a pair of large, bright red, feathery wings on his back. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to fire them as projectiles.

It can also sense vibrations in the air through them, allowing it to detect the location of people, similar to echolocation.[3] The feathers are considerably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each, or several for large objects.

As he loses more feathers, his wings gradually shrink, affecting his ability to fly. When he lost all of his feathers, it took at least two days for them to grow back to half their size, which can be a considerable weakness. His feathers are not infinite and are shown to be lacking in abundance on certain occasions. Keigo has mentioned that he does not have enough feathers to support a collapsed building, but does have enough to evacuate victims from said building. Besides this, the biggest weakness of this Quirk is fire, as it consumes the feathers almost instantly. [4]

Hawks proves to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He projects a carefree and youthful attitude, while his constant vigilance is often masked by layers of serenity and equanimity. Hawks acts relaxed, yet remains constantly alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, Hawks developed a strong desire to be of service to others, and thus follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation.

However, Hawks dislikes formalities and often acts unpredictably, arrogantly, and mockingly. He acts nonchalantly and playfully submissive, as he doesn't care about social status or recognition. He calmly accepts when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster and reacts with ironic adaptation when someone says they are younger.
Hawks believes that public approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, since a hero's job is to reassure citizens, something he says he is unable to do. Hawks expresses a preference for lower levels of heroism, as it would give him more freedom and spare him the burden of being a top-tier hero. He states that his desire is to patrol freely and peacefully and "take it easy."

Even so, Hawks is said to be fiercely dedicated to his duties as a hero, understanding the importance of a leader among all the heroes who followed Might's retirement. When around people he likes, Hawks is very talkative and can casually hold a long, one-sided conversation while simultaneously assisting dozens of civilians in his area of ​​influence. He also states that he will always fight for what he desires. Ironically, despite his peculiar Quirk, he seems to have a particular fondness for bird-based foods, which makes him a raptor.

Hawks is a very intelligent individual, as his cunning is demonstrated several times by outsmarting his surveillance monitors.
