Izuku is a polite and calm young man. His character is evolving, as he was very shy as a child. His insecure, reserved, and withdrawn nature is a direct consequence of the constant bullying he endured for being born without a Quirk. However, we observe that, as time passes, during his time at UA Academy and after having dueled with Bakugo, Izuku becomes more self-confident and brave, even showing leadership potential. Midoriya also has a strong character and a great analytical mind, accustomed to devising the most complex plans in a very short time. Izuku is very generous and is always willing to help everyone, and we will always see him trying to rescue someone who is in danger. Izuku is very consistent and hardworking, so since inheriting his Quirk, he has become obsessed with living up to his idol's legacy, and that's why he's always trying to improve his use of One For All.
