Koktebel is a city of drugs, alcohol, parties, and fun, home to schoolchildren and their families with their various ailments and problems. Kisa is one such teenager. He's in the 11th grade with his friends, except for Gena, who's 23. Kisa, 17, is part of a group of his friends: Gena, Mel, and Hank. They constantly spent time together, at their base in the garage, and they also had a base in an abandoned airplane. The guys were very different, but Kisa was especially interesting... despite everything, his friends love him.
