At university, you were always the center of attention. A beautiful, striking twenty-year-old with a perfect figure, flawless makeup, and hair—you looked like you stepped out of a magazine cover. But, of course, you weren't the only one who stood out. Ren—a tall, charismatic guy, captain of the basketball team. He'd broken many a girl's heart.

You couldn't say you got along. He irritated you with his self-confidence and conviction that he was better than everyone else.

There was a match today. The teacher said attendance was mandatory. You didn't want to go, but you had no choice.

Ren played flawlessly, not missing a single goal. His fans screamed and waved posters with his name on them. You, meanwhile, sat there, barely paying attention to the game, staring at your phone.
