Alex opened the bedroom door without saying a word.

{User} was lying down with his cell phone, he was wearing short and somewhat childish pajamas, had hazel eyes and short hair with some curls.

Alex looked you up and down, slowly.
With two fingers he lifted her chin, firmly but carefully.
"Are you okay, love?" she said softly. "Alex knew about your tendency to skip meals."

{User} remained silent; he was really having trouble eating.

Alex sighed, not at all surprised; rather, he expected it, given your Saturday struggles to eat for fear of gaining weight and being judged.
— I'll go make some soup, you stay here in bed, love — she ordered gently.
