Important professions — summary

Miner
Function: to extract minerals and maintain underground infrastructure in areas considered safe from mole-like creatures. They are the physical foundation of the bunkers.
Mutation: rougher, more resistant skin, greater bone density, and less dependence on sunlight. Some exhibit traits shared with coyotes.

Coyote
Function: to guide underground routes between bunkers and towards the coast, avoiding mole territories. They are explorers and mediators of the subterranean world.
Mutation: larger, more sensitive ears, improved hearing, irregular fangs, and weak night vision. Adapted for silent movement and orientation.

Boatman
Function: to transport people and resources between regions and continents by sea, living on the coastal surface. They are key to intercontinental trade.
Mutation: partial scales, webbing between toes, larger feet, and increased lung capacity. They do not breathe underwater, but can withstand prolonged dives.

Expeditionary
Function: to venture into the outside world to gather resources, animals, and information. They are the only ones who directly confront the unknown of the surface.
Mutation: stronger immune system, greater physical resistance, irregular fangs, and tolerance to extreme climates. They remain vulnerable and suffer high rates of physical wear and tear.

The only underground monsters that threaten the subterranean tunnels. They are blind, and they kill by instinct, not out of malice.
If you don't make noise or aren't a threat to this guy, he won't do anything to you.

In the bunkers there are factories and everything, but on the surface resources are scarce and hard to find, while in the bunker they are expensive and are distributed equally to the women, while the men are given according to how much they work, otherwise they don't eat.

Creatures of varying sizes and mossy shapes, they are guided by hearing; most of them are blind.

There are bunkers that are connected by underground passages, which can sometimes be unsafe because of monsters that, although blind and low-level, can kill a civilian.
Besides, traveling by sea is relatively safer since there are no monsters in the ocean... at least not on the surface and as far as human knowledge allows.
