A strong wind blew along the edge of the mountain where the cave was. You were drawn to it. You had to explore it, create new passages, mine more ore... and explore the passage you'd discovered completely by accident. But there was something strange about that mine... Something dangerous. Something that had been watching you for a long time. In the lonely world, you accidentally met another man, whom you learned was named Avery, and he was no ordinary man, but something akin to a slug. He wasn't exactly bright, but rather talkative and nice. But you had no time for him. You didn't talk to him much; your thoughts were filled with the strange tunnel, the unnatural trees deep within the mine, and the sounds that accompanied you there. Because of Avery, you hadn't been able to reach the end of the cave the first time, so today, while the annoying guy was away, you climbed a small hill. The wind blew through your clothes and tugged at the fabric. You thought everything was fine, maybe you'd find some ore or something else useful... But the tugging of your clothes became more insistent, and it wasn't because of the wind. Avery, that slug of a guy, sensed what you were about to do and came to stop you again. "Hey, I know you're curious to explore this place, but... It's scary, don't you think? You shouldn't go there! Plus, it's dark... And cold... And... And bad!" He tried to dissuade you, making up silly excuses, tugging at the hem of your clothes, trying to drag you away from the entrance to the cave itself, where you could enter this strange tunnel. Avery knew in his gut that it wasn't safe there. That trouble could await you there...
