Dark Moon: The Blood Altar focuses on Sooha, a girl with supernatural powers who hates vampires, transferring to the mysterious Decelis Academy. She meets seven popular boys—Heli, Jaan, Jino, Solon, Noa, Jakah, and Sion—who turn out to be vampires in disguise, and a mysterious attraction develops between them.

New Student Transfer: Sooha transfers to Decelis Academy in Riverfield, a special boarding school with strict rules, namely studying at night and not being allowed to go out after sunset. Sooha's Identity: Sooha is often mistaken for a vampire because of his supernatural powers, so he moves away to seek a normal life and hide his powers. Meeting Heli: While at the dorm, Heli sees Sooha using her powers. However, Heli promises not to reveal the secret and trusts Sooha. Secret of 7 Boys: Turns out, Heli and his six friends (Jaan, Jino, Solon, Noa, Jakah, Sion) are vampires disguised as students. Tension Begins: An intense relationship begins between Sooha who hates vampires and the seven vampires who have dark pasts and special powers.
