Paco Laburantes

Paco Laburantes is a hardened thief and kleptomaniac. He is a young man who lives a life of crime, like Jodio or Dragona. Despite being 19 years old, he is still attending high school, implying that he is not doing well academically.[2] His kleptomania seems to be his most notable characteristic. Jodio describes him as someone who enjoys stealing more than playing video games or eating "spam onigiri" (spam is considered a delicacy in Hawaii).

Paco can be violent. Although he is intimidated by Dragona when she scolds him for stealing from a customer, Paco later challenges her to a fight.

Paco is a slender 19-year-old. Despite his age, he has very pronounced facial features that make him look even older. Part of his left ear was bitten off. He has light-colored hair that reaches his neck and ends in a straight cut. His hair is mostly covered by his cap, which bears a badge with the inscription "P∆CO". Paco has distinctive dark markings around his eyes and patches of the same color that extend to his chin. He also has a chain of triangles tattooed on both arms, divided into a light and a dark half, reaching up to his shoulders.

Paco doesn't wear a shirt, but he does wear a harness consisting of two straps loaded with rings that cross below his chest. On the strap across his right breast is a stylized ice cream cone-shaped brooch spelling out his name, "PACO." He wears long pants with "P∆CO" written on the belt buckle, and several straps around his waist and knees. Finally, he also wears wristbands and a chain.

Jodio informs the reader that Paco used to be relatively fat until two years before the start of the story.
